Can anyone confirm that, as long as sv_visiblemaxplayers set to 24, it displays both the player count and max players properly in both the Steam browser and TF2's? If so, does it require the replays to be enabled in the command line, or can you do so in your server.cfg and it still works?
Given the track record on these kinds of fixes, I'm wary of just jumping in and hoping it's fixed, especially considering it requires a restart each time it's enabled/disabled if you do it the command line way. These bugs were the only thing keeping us from enabling them, so I'm crossing my fingers here.
