We've found a cause of the server crashes we were still experiencing at random (much much lower then before, but we still had them).
We were able to locate a user who was able to crash each and every single server we ran, on different machines, fully tested & reproduced without running any modifications. All this user had to do was connect to the server. After removing all the content in */orangebox/tf/downloads/ on all servers this user was no longer able to crash them by joining. Somewhere there must have been some corruption in a file, triggered by this user joining. Saint K. P.s.
