I'm sorry but you are wrong. Having a game using Steam feature
(Steamworks) or to be sold on Steam does not make it a Valve game.
Folks on this list run servers for games that are created by Valve so
you should try some Activision list or forums if they have any.

But then, I also don't think there is a dedicated MW3 list here on Valve.
