- Fixed a rendering error affecting sticky bomb particle effects

The bombs glowing like they were was an undocumented addition a patch or so
back and is pretty cool and welcome to those of us with decent video cards.

The Frying pan change will likely just annoy the hell out of more people
than it already does but don't see much in the way off effecting server
stability.

Sweet, no longer are sticky bombs glowing like firworks. :D

I'm honestly the frying pan wasn't available for more classes from the
start.
