Yeah, but it doesn't really matter too much, no one sane joining a
server from the browser picks an empty server (unless they want an empty
server for some reason or if it's a server that fills up without quickplay)
They'll nearly always join one that's nearly full.
The only exception is an attempt to seed your own empty server, I suppose.
Last time I tried 'start playing' I got on a server running some mod
called 'TF2 Extreme' or something like that. Completely silly whatever
it was. Presumably that's a bug in quickplay as the server wasn't
running TF2?
