QuickPlay isn't automatic, you have to specifically run a client command
and modify your server.cfg to be in the quickplay pool.
Then again, this pool also doubles as the Halloween Gifts server pool,
the only difference being that registered servers can opt out of the
former using the tf_server_identity_disable_quickplay cvar.

As I said it was a SERVER RUNNING A MOD. Ok? Good :)
i.e under the heading "game" that appears 2nd on the browser list it
didn't say "Team fortress 2" (or whatever it says by default)
it said something like 'tf2 extreme", just like some servers says "VS
Saxton Hale" or "Zombie Fortress"
So, afaict, the server owner did nothing wrong. The quickplay
shouldn't have considered the server at all.
