Yes you did complain about the 6 player limit Frank, you said "I for one don't like the 6 player limit and would really like to push that as long as the hardware can sustain it.

You also said you push 24 to 32, which makes me wonder if you know what vanilla is as well (or if you were honest in that sentence at all)

Point here is when you do separation like this community run servers take a
hit cause of the lack of incentives that the Valve servers will get.

Not really, there are a sizeable number on SPUF that baulk at the idea of paying 99 cents to play Mann up - whether they actually read the FAQ and understood how the tickets work or not.

My son created a server on his computer yesterday, I joined from the lan, and, as I suggested yesterday, 6 players works even with a capped upstream.

The only problem we had was stopping people connecting to it.

So if you can't fill an MvM server now, you're doing something wrong.

I'm sure the issues about what you're capable of or not are really about the negative things we know server owners are capable of. (Who knows, maybe if the start of your post hadn't told a huge fib it'd convince Valve you're trustworthy? :) )
