As you can see not very many people commented on this so once again, I
don't think it is a major problem anymore. It usually happens when a Tf2
update is released though..

It takes a lot of work to get servers going sometimes and nothing is more
infuriating than when they empty out due to bugs that have been reported
multiple times and aren't being fixed.
