I've been seeing something really funny in my servers.

I run both EU and US servers, im myself located in EU and all of them are
registered at my personal steam account which i've been running always on
EU.

All of my EU servers do fine all days, they get steady quickplay traffic
thought the expected EU hours, however some of the US servers also
experience the same issue, they're full during EU Peak hours (When is early
morning at USA), however, at around 8-8:30 PM (GMT+1) players starts to
drop (i have graphs of players which shows a sudden drop in players in that
EXACT hour), same thing happens to my US servers, they empty out, and then,
2-3 hours later, they start to get players but far less than what they got
during EU peak times, in fact, during US peak hours they're much more empty
than on EU peak hours (Talking about US Servers), this makes me think that
the quickplay system somehow takes in account the owner steam account
country when sending players, because its kind of weird that US servers
have more players during EU peak hours than US peak hours.
