I have not checked lately but in the past it worked like this:
Right after server reboot, no stats. If campaign ended and you connected
back, stats appeared.
OR
Stats appear at random and do not appear at all.

I don't think this is an issue at all - this is just a general "How do I
get my server popular?" type of question. Which isn't bad but... I think
