crash.steampowered.com is used by SRCDS' and SteamCMD's implementations of
Breakpad. update.sourcemod.net is in fact used by SourceMod's gamedata
updater, but I no idea if steamcommunity.com and media.steampowered.com are
used for anything inside the server. I'd wager that
client-download.steampowered.com is where SteamCMD downloads its content
from.

You'd probably want to allow all of these if you're specifically
whitelisting domains.
