I have just the idea! Use a surf ramp, and a trigger_push to push the player through. Not sure what a surf ramp is? See http://www.fpsbanana.com/maps/44341
Just make something with a spiral similar to the one in that map (that goes around the cylinder), only vertical, with a ramp on both sides. That should allow the player to slide through a loop.
