Hey all,

I'll chime into this and say that I'd love to dive right into the
thick of things with Hobo, and I've tried, but can't get agility
working fully.

Could anyone provide us newbies with quick instructions to get agility
working from the current version located at:
http://github.com/tablatom/agility/tree/master
  ? (i.e. step 1: git clone, etc.)

I'm using 0.8.5 and rails 2.2.2, and all I want to do is just get a
fully working copy of agility to experiment with.

A cool recipe/tutorial might be a twitter-esque clone. I'd love to do
something like that myself, if I can get hobo under my belt properly.
