Thanks for the feedback, guys. It may be naive, but we would like to include enough of both to let a bright newbie developer get started with a minimum of frustration, and provide the "branch" to dig deeper into Rails and expert Hobo...
With all the chaos and angst in the US government (and private sector) and desire to solve problems FAST there is an IMMENSE need for quick turnaround on apps that are vey sophisticated.
