YAML shouldn't have any platform dependencies as it'd be strictly
interpreted by ruby.

Unless you're talking about easy/auto integration ala acts_as_list
then yeah.  But as hobo is just on top of rails, I haven't run into a
plugin that I couldn't get working with anymore work that it would
take in rails.  Recaptcha for example I got going in 10-15 minutes.

But yeah, a 'hoboized' version of more plugins would be a good thing.
