Dave, Not a dumb questions at all. There are lots of "mini-recipes" like your request for "the last ten entities entered to be placed on a certain page" that should be catelogued and made searchable. This is a "Knowledge Management" issue that just takes some time. :-)
Your ps2 is an excellent idea.
