OK, Just getting back to this and have been looking at the cookbook
code.
(Thanks for the suggestion Bryan)

So, the code I have pasted below is displaying the recent recipes, but
I've tried to work out how this all hangs together but it has got the
better of me !

If someone would be kind enough to walk me though how this works I'd
be most grateful...
