ok I found the exact rules for the rails interpretation of Polish. Now
I need to implement that. I gotta say its all soooo confusing I
honestly have no clue where to start

one → n is 1;
few → n mod 10 in 2..4 and n mod 100 not in 12..14;
other → everything else

For anyone who's wondering
http://unicode.org/repos/cldr-tmp/trunk/diff/supplemental/language_plural_rules.html

Thanks for all the help guys but I'll be frank I have in my head a
TODO list on this but I miss any sort of order on that list not to
mention it feels like reading "To build a car connect the engine to
the transmission and suspension and enclose all that within a body of
your choice adding a few minor details along the way" (helpful theory
but thats how vague the above posts/emails are to me in terms of
practical application). I know ... I'm dumb... but its kinda hard to
implement one of the most difficult language on the planet at your
first go at multi-language ;/
