I *know* I've seen this before, particularly with the app at members.afcpe.org 
(it's got a certification_details_for_certification route, path 
/certifications/:certification_id/details, just like below).

I don't have the FOGGIEST idea of how/why the problem went away; I remember 
seeing it at one point, but kicking the server might have made it vanish...
