Hi Domizio,
I am on pre 28, and I still can't get this working. My lifecycles and states
are not translated. Also like I said earlier, I previously used a solution
that used the attribute_help for borth states and transistions to show a
tooltip (using the html attribute title). These are not shown either.
This is a sample of my app.nb.yml translations file.

lifecycle:
state:
draft: "Kladd"

transitions:
finish_job: "Ferdigstill oppdrag"
attibute_help:

lifecycle:
