No but in a couple of hours you can build your own. I don't have time
until Monday. I could do it for you if you agree to make it with any
license that gives freedom to make changes. I guess you could us CC
attribution non commercial share alike. If you opt for a non free (as in
freedom) license you can do it yourself if you follow the extense and
easy doc that Lyx has.
