thanks for feedback. First I want to develope a software on windows and for running local. On the second step I want to run hobo-Applications may be on each linux-Servers. I thought, I remember, there is a virtual-box inclusiv ubuntu, which I can download and install on Win 7. But I can't remember where and dosn't find the downloadlink for it. Can you help there? Because if you are only intending to do the development under Windows, but then run the application under unix, then I highly suggest you to set up a virtual machine with a unix environment inside. Maybe you have remnants of an older installation? Maybe you can try deleting everything related to Ruby/Rails and starting from scratch. If that doesn't help, maybe they can offer better help in the Rails installer google group: https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/railsinstaller Finally, it that fails too, I would recommend trying a virtual machine with Linux.
