You are welcome. You can try these links:

- Download Virtualbox: https://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Downloads
- Download Ubuntu ISO: http://www.ubuntu.com/download/desktop

Once you have virtualbox installed, create a new virtual machine and use
the ISO and the installation media.

There are also some virtualbox images with ubuntu preinstalled, but I
think the Ubuntu installation will be pretty fast.
