In terms of Internet connectivity, the homenet WG is about getting IPv6 working 
within the home, once it has arrived from the ISP. There remains the question 
of the "disconnected" home, where ULAs and LLs are important and within scope. 
But, we're not working on "transition mechanisms" here. See softwires, behave, 
v6ops, or maybe sunset4 for that discussion.
