I will not be adding further people (other than stated) to the design
team, should the design team need to reach out to the folks above for
clarifications - they are free to do so.

Yes, the WG should make efforts to move forward on in-charter,
non-routing-protocol work, and further ensure any decisions made are by
consensus.
