Can we pretty please banish the use of "ISP" when we're talking about an upstream DNS provider? If we provide support for populating an upstream DNS, we really ought to be able to do that regardless of the server's relationship (or not) with my bit provider. I really don't want to be linked at the hip with my ISP for just about anything except bits...
