Let me just clarify. Updating RFC7788 to remove ".home", then do RFC6761
process to reserve .home for special use, succeeding in that, then
updating RFC7788 again. This seems silly.
I propose fast-tracking RFC6761 process for ".home" reservation for
special-use, and not touch RFC7788 unless this process fails.
