Long story short, I don't have a horn to play right now. :( I
was very sick for about six months, and I was unable to play at all.
I'm recovering from surgery now, and I am feeling a whole lot better.
I need a horn to get back into playing shape on, so hopefully I can
finish up my music degree this upcoming year.

I get to start playing again next week, so at this point, I'm trying
to figure out what I should do about the horn situation. Once I have a
chance to save, I'm just going to buy a new Conn 8DS, but I can't
decide what to do about a horn to play on while I save.

Would I be better off renting from a local shop if they have horns
available, or buying this horn off ebay while I save up? The worst
damage I can see on the H180 from ebay is the denting on the tubing
leading through the f side; I can't tell if it would be an "ok" horn
for short term, or if it would be miserable to play on.

If the local shop has a double horn available to rent, I'm leaning
that way. At least I could test play it. Almost forgot, all through
middle school I played a H179; in high school and college I played a
Conn 8D.

I appreciate the advice and help. XD
