Just my opinion here, but most ebay sellers value their feedback very
highly. For $450 for a double horn, if it works, it may be just what
is needed for now. I once bought a horn on ebay that had been
advertised as well beaten and patched, did not like it when it got
here, and the seller was very happy to give me my money back, no
further questions asked.

What I cannot tell you is how this $450 horn compares to other,
similarly-priced horns on ebay, but I can tell you that I bought an
older double horn from ebay for about that much money and am happy
with my purchase - it's beat up, and I did spend another $100 or $150
on it at the local repair person, but it plays just fine for my
amateur purposes.

Again, just my opinion, but I don't think one needs know the seller
for something like this.
