Thanks for the well wishes and the good idea Klaus.

If any local band, community band or college band in St. Louis, MO has
a "spare" double horn in decent working condition I could use, I would
be able to play in your ensemble in exchange for use of a horn.
Normally I'd just play in your ensemble for the fun of it, but I don't
think anyone needs someone there playing "imaginary french horn" lol.

Just need a horn and an ensemble to play in and I'll be set XD. I've
got 3 1/2 years of a music degree, and somewhere around 13-14 years of
playing under my belt.

I would prefer a larger ensemble, where I could get to play with some
other horn players...

I've mostly played in concert bands, wind ensembles, chamber winds,
and I have a little bit of brass quintet experience. My college didn't
have a string program, so I have no orchestral experience.

I'm in the 63146 area code near Olive and 270. The closest college to
me is UMSL, only 10 minutes away. I can drive up to 35-40 minutes
away.

Oh, I checked the local shops, and unfortunately no one seems to have
any double horns for rent, still.
