I think the 3rd valve slide is the right length. It appears to be the same basic wrap as found on the third valve slide of the single Bb that Adam Unsworth plays. A picture can be found at http://www.adamunsworth.com/disc.html.
As to the 4th valve, I once heard that an F extention could be made for a single Bb using a 3rd valve F slide, perhaps in combination with another valve.
