Hi Theo,

Just to clarify this bit.  The OSM Philippine community was never a
formal group.  Some of the contributors do have projects that uses OSM
data/infrastructure under their own organization.  In the same way as
most HOT members here are also involved in crisis mapping as
volunteers.
