OK. Just a heads up to everyone that Harry Wood, Andrew Braye and perhaps Nick Allen are presenting to the UCL "How to Save the World" class on HOT, the Red Cross etc. As I suggested previously, we're asking the class to help document some of the work that goes on during and around activations. Nick, Russell Deffner and I talked this through on IRC in lieu of a full working group meeting.
