Yeah, what Mikel said. It’s good to document things with fresh eyes, you assume a lot less. As I proposed before, it’s up to us to be engaged and provide that humanitarian + activation context to their work.

When it comes to documenting a process, it can be an asset to have to learn and understand a new domain, because the explanation will mirror your own learning experience. We often know too much about what we are trying to explain to have sufficient distance to know what needs to be explained, and the result can be unclear and full of assumptions.
