There is no problem to use these imageries. They have been provided by Airbus
Space & Defence for this activation.
For the source reference, simply specify this imagery if you use it to
geolocate the places.

For what it is worth, I am finding these additional imagery sources very
helpful in northern Liberia, I have no idea what their coverage is for
other parts, but so far they are great for my current square and have
already been used in that area as they show up in the source fields of
existing nodes:

These are URLs for JOSM, and you must accept the Astrium / OSM license
(http://tasks.hotosm.org/license/6) before accessing them.
Use source=Spot-6, Airbus
They are cleared for at least some use on this project per the wiki page:

Is there any reason we can't use these where they help for the GNS
naming project?
