Folks, I'm curious what may have made connecting to a Google SMTP server different (not work before) compared to any other. What do you sense have "changed"? It's not something I've heard mentioned specifically anywhere (as either "now" possible or even "still not"). Just curious. /charlie

Here is one link, I think I saw another on Forta's page http://tacfug.org/blog/index.cfm/2007/5/30/ColdFusion-8-likes-Google-Apps On 7/2/07, Seth Bienek <[EMAIL PROTECTED] <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > wrote: This is great news. It's something I had asked Ben about at the meeting in May that he said was "not on the horizon" at the time. Do you have a link handy where I can read more about this? I have an immediate use for encrypted POP in one of my apps. That is something I am looking forward to since a few of my domains are now hosted on google apps and finding a easy solution for using cfmail has been a little tricky so far. --~--- -- Aaron Rouse http://www.happyhacker.com/ --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the "Houston ColdFusion Users' Group" discussion list.
