Thanks for all the replies. This will be for work and they have a long
process they have to go through before they actually make a purchasing
decision, even if it is only a small amount.

It looks like Winmerge will handle my needs so I'll give  it a shot.

And Charlie, thanks for putting together the resources list on cf411.com. I
refer to it often. Sometimes though there are too many choices. :-)
