Eddie, I use Google Analytics for most sites I build. I tend to use a CMS system (packed or hand-built) in every site I design, so that there is always some kind of an include for a header and footer. I use that to my advantage in being able to put Google Analytics tracking code into every page. Some of the packaged blog and CMS products even have Google Analytics available as a plugin so it is even easier to include.
I haven't really done a lot of analysis, but the amount of metrics that can be tracked through Google Analytics is amazing.
