But is that an affinity for eating it? Or perhaps cooking it? I can enjoy
those too, especially the former, when done at a great barbeque place. :-) 

But as for really "making" sausage, especially from scratch-if you know what
I mean-well, if you do that, you're a stronger man than I. :-)

Agreed on all but making sausage. Being a texan with a large affinity for
