Thanks to all who replied. To answer your questions:- 1. Monitor has been profiled. I usually print on HP PP Satin and the resulting prints are very close to my on screen softproof image.
2. Application Manage Colors is set within the HP printer setup dialog. The assignment of the Hahaemuhle ICC is done within Qimage print prefernces. 3. I calibrated the Hahnemuhle as a Heavy Weight Coated paper as per HP's instructions, but I will certainly give the Matte a go. By the way, I didn't mention this earlier, but I did a test print onto Moab Kayenta, using the Hahnemuhle ICC, but leaving the paper type as HP PP Satin. The resultant print was alot better but still not completely correct. Nick, I'll give your suggestion a try, calibrating the Hahnemuhle to Matte and setting the printer paper selection to Matte.
