Hi gra.fics

I print 24x36 and larger from roll paper.

I was too cheap to buy HP's roll feeder, and too busy to build
one from the excellent home-build instructions. So I just cut sheets
from the roll, and feed them in via the front manual feed.
Works like a charm. I've got a large Rotatrim cutter, which
makes the cutting quite easy (perfect right angle cuts are important
for feeding the DJ130).

RE networking: if a printer doesn't come with inexpensive
networking -- most don't, but my groovy Magicolor 2450 does --
I use a print server, wired or wireless. A nice wired model is the
D-Link DP300U, for ~$65; it'll run three printers (two
parallel and one USB), and it plays nicely with HP printers,
which due to their fabulous software engineering are
sometimes a pain in this regard.
