Anyone have thoughts on why I keep getting a printhead path error on our 5500? There is nothing in the way, the assembly moves just fine... it ran a complete calibration after I installed a new printhead, with no problems... then the first job I tried to run it got about 1/4 of the way through before giving me the error. I unload the media, reload it... go through the entire startup process again, only to have the same dang thing happen! I'm getting very frustrated... anyone know what might be causing this???
