If someone either posts their product ID and what parts they are looking for I can check on availability and either drop ship from HP or work out a ship-in, repair, ship-out system like I do with other inkjet, laser, solor laser, etc printers. I have even had a Designjet 800 truck shipped to me, considerably bigger of course. I also do onsite if close enough to where I am in central KY. HP gets $13.74 plus shipping for the item 4 listed just as an example, I might be able to do better (some items I get from HP are not discounted).
