I recall the install for the DJ120NR also crashed before the end, but it did appear to install everything. I was able to get it working by editing the plist file in a similar fashion to the instructions for the 130NR.
I am truly worried that when Mac OS X 10.5 comes out next month that we will be left with even more problems. HP just don't seem to care about the Macintosh anymore, support is absolutely appalling for OS X, how they get away with orphaning equipment that is just a couple of years old I don't know. Saying that, I believe they haven't got Vista drivers for the DJ130 yet either.
