---Hi Teddy,
You always come to the rescue. I am still puzzled by what HP said Last
week on the phone after a zillion holds and transfers. I finally got
through to Tech Support with my one question.

"When I print a color palatte to profile my canvas directly from Adobe
CS2, is the profile converted to CMYK when printed out?" Her quote"
the DJ5000 nonPS has the capability to print in both RGB and CMYK,
there are 3 drivers for this model and the HPGL2 we are using will
print in RgB??????Meanwhile I bought a cmYK rip on Ebay, risky I know.
Its a combo sign /photo rip called Flexisign Pro 8.1. My colorvision
spyder pro for monitor and printer is only for rgb. the rip wants ink
limits, linerazation, GCR curves, input icc output profile and etc.

Not sure what to do,just keep on going through the rolls of paper. any
ideas?
cheers,
Laura
