Ian, thanks for the response. We figured out the problem. My company bought off brand ink cartridges and I did not notice. I used three of them in a row and it did not stop the problem. Finally I noticed and went out and bought an HP cartridge. The problem stopped immediately. It cost over $60 in wasted canvas paper and ink until we fixed it. Not quite the savings that purchasing hoped for.
