I've spent 3 hr this morning trying to print a 24" x 8" print and the thing won't remember the size!
I go thru and set up roll, paper type, then the document size as Custom and save that. Click on print and it either reverts to an 8 1/2 x 11 size, or else it repositions the image off to the side so that cuts off the first 8" or so. I go back into the drive box and the Custom size I just named and saved is not there! I've deleted all the drivers and reloaded them all. Same stuff. What the hell is going on?? I've got to this out for a client this afternoon--sure would appreciate some ideas. Printing directly from CS3. T.O.
