It could be some air in the line, but we have 4 of these printers and
the main problem we have is with printheads. If they malfunction before
they are at 100% HP will replace them, but usually you have to sit on
the phone with them for an hour.

Subject: [HPDesignJet_Printers] 90R problem

I have been getting some orange prints. HP tech thought that it might
be the printheads after doing a printhead alignment it showed that the
cyan was not doing what it should (banding and missing lines in the
cyan areas). After doing an alignment check the next morning all was
well but after printing an 8x10 and starting another, about halfway
through it started the orange thing again. I had heard that it might
be air in the line but I have been unable to find any information on
what to do. Any help would be appreciated. I have just recently
changed out the cyan tank.
