No, but what may look like being copies of one and the same 
could well work differently in practice.

The Z3100 heads have two ink channels each and there are 6 
types of heads, they look very similar but per head the 
droplet size is different, in that case (if the any chip 
data on the head didn't prevent their use in another slot 
anyway) the shifted droplet sizes would make it impossible 
to calibrate and profile the printer properly not to mention 
image quality shifts where denser inks get bigger droplets 
than HP intended.

I do not know the printer model you have  and its specs but 
you could check whether the same could be the case for the 
heads on that model.
