The limit is 10,000 pixels on the long size. I learned this on this forum. A search of the archives will reveal some earlier discussins.
The 24x30 inch print I tried to make was about 8,000 pixels wide and a little over 11,000 pixels long. Width no problem. Length cut off at 10,000. Of course, if you want to print a long print, just resize the file so as not to exceed 10,000 on any side. Not really a problem if you know about this limitation.
